Virginia Beach Weather is humid subtropical, due to the moderating effect of the Atlantic Ocean. Winters are very mild, and snowfall is rare. Summers are hot and humid with warm evenings. The mean annual temperature is 73 F (23 C), with an average anuual snowfall of 2.5 inches and an annual rainfall of 45 inches.
